Download this file and unzip into your internal storage, reset setting from FPse MISC menu then restart fpse.

Download Instructions:
1. Install FPse_0.11.114.apk
2. Install FPse_Activator.apk
3. Run FPse_Activator before running FPse for the first time.
4. Patch FPse. [Requires Root]
5. You may now remove FPse_Activator.
6. Run FPse, it will require an internet connection the first time to download plugins.
7. Load up a BIOS and PSX Game.
8. Enjoy!
