Bleed Immersive mode
Added KitKat theme by OCK
Added notification blacklist to bleed immersive mode (If you have colored notifications that are being painted over blacklist them there!)
Reworked status and navigation bar hooks should be much more reliable on startup
Fixed wallpaper issues users have been reporting (now works with multi-photo) Removed the Help setting
Fixed volume landscape option with stock setting messing up the portrait setting
