ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > OnePX > Apply
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > OnePX > Apply
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > OnePX
Smart Launcher:
Menu > Preferences > Theme > OnePX > Set
Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Launcher > Installed > OnePX > Apply
Next Launcher:
Themes > Launcher > Installed > OnePX > Apply
Holo Launcher / holo launcher hd:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > OnePX
